Beth is a Registered Building Designer with extensive experience in residential design. Before launching Powerhaus Designs, Beth worked as a Design Assistant with a leading building design company in Newcastle, NSW. During this time, she was involved in the design and delivery of residential new builds, alterations and additions, as well as small-scale commercial projects throughout the Hunter Valley.

Powerhaus Designs was founded from Beth’s passion for creating contemporary yet timeless homes that respond to the lifestyles and needs of their occupants. Her approach to design is rooted in a deep understanding of functionality, aesthetics, and the importance of creating spaces that feel as good as they look.

Growing up in the Snowy Mountains town of Cooma, NSW, Beth was surrounded by creativity and craftsmanship. With a father who is a well-known, award-winning builder and a brother who also runs his own building business, the building industry has always been part of her world. Coupled with her early love for drawing and art, this background naturally led her into the world of architectural design.

Beth is particularly passionate about designing bright, airy, and liveable spaces that enhance the everyday lives of her clients. Her strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of planning and building regulations ensure that each project is not only beautifully designed but also well-coordinated and delivered with precision.
